VIBE Luxury Cabins was presented as an innovative project in the luxury and experiential tourism sector in Cantabria, Spain. The challenge was to create and launch three tourist cabins that would offer an exclusive and luxurious experience in a natural environment, while ensuring that the business model was financially viable and sustainable. redo was selected to lead this project, from the initial conceptualization and validation of the business model, to the planning and execution of the construction, and finally, the development of an effective marketing strategy that would position VIBE as a benchmark in the luxury tourism and experience market.
A P P R O A C H
We began by developing a solid business model for VIBE Luxury Cabins, based on a thorough analysis of the market and demand in the luxury tourism sector in Cantabria. A detailed financial analysis was conducted to ensure the profitability of the project. This initial analysis allowed VIBE to define a clear value proposition, aimed at a select audience seeking exclusive and personalized experiences.
In the planning and development phase, we implemented a product management approach that balanced innovation with financial viability. Cost-benefit analyses were performed at each stage of the construction process to optimize resources and ensure a positive return on investment. In addition, we worked on the project to ensure that the cabins would not only offer maximum comfort and luxury, but would also blend harmoniously into the natural environment of Cantabria. Careful planning and continuous monitoring ensured that the project was completed on time and within budget.
Designed and implemented a comprehensive marketing strategy for VIBE Luxury Cabins. This included branding, website development, and implementation of digital marketing strategies aimed at engaging luxury customers. Campaigns were developed that highlighted both the exclusivity of the experience and the commitment to sustainability, integrating these values into the brand narrative. In addition, a pricing strategy was established based on a competitive market analysis, allowing VIBE to position itself as a premium option in the market.

Our intervention resulted in the successful launch of VIBE Luxury Cabins, which quickly positioned itself as a benchmark in the luxury tourism market in Cantabria. The project demonstrated that it is possible to combine luxury with sustainability and financial viability, and that with proper strategic planning, innovation can go hand in hand with profitability.
