Triada was created with the purpose of developing and consolidating renewable energy and sustainable forestry projects in Guatemala, addressing technical, regulatory, and market challenges. The transition to a sustainable energy model requires viable solutions that balance sustainability, efficiency, and profitability. Additionally, the development of these projects demands comprehensive management that encompasses engineering, financing, community engagement, and regulatory compliance.
A P P R O A C H
We conduct a comprehensive analysis of energy and forestry opportunities and needs, identifying high-impact projects with sustainable technologies. Through the Triada platform, we structure scalable projects that leverage Guatemala’s renewable resources, ensuring a holistic approach at every stage of development. We also provide bankability studies and business development services to strengthen the economic and operational feasibility of the projects. The restructuring of Rax Biomasa has optimized the management of more than 540 hectares of eucalyptus forest, implementing techniques that increase productivity and diversify biomass uses. Management, transportation, and industrialization plans have been integrated to maximize the efficiency of forest resource utilization. Additionally, positioning the Triada brand has been key to strengthening its identity in the renewable energy and sustainable forestry sectors. Through Rax Biomasa, a sustainable project that follows the international standards of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), we have positioned Triada within the climate tech sector, demonstrating its commitment to responsible natural resource management and global sustainability. A branding and communication strategy has been developed to reinforce its market presence and facilitate interaction with investors, partners, and communities. Currently, energy projects are in various stages of development, focusing on technical and financial evaluations to ensure their long-term viability.
R E S U L T S
Triada has successfully structured a portfolio of renewable energy and sustainable forestry projects at different stages of development. Rax Biomasa is already operational, with significant improvements in biomass production efficiency and commercialization. Forest yield optimization strategies have been implemented, increasing production and improving the sustainability of forest management. The digital platform and branding reinforce the group’s identity, enabling effective communication with investors, partners, and communities.
